In Matthew 25 Jesus tells us that all Goats end in hell as a result of their nature and affinity for evil and refusual to abandon evil. Or having decided to abandon evil they choose to abandon the way provided by God.

Sheep follow the way of God in absolute surrender and gratitude. Their only desire is to please God.
